Leadership
The PCAMB Management is the inspiration and motivational force behind its rise to the present pinnacle. Led by highly experienced expert professionals, the legacy is carried forward by the present leadership.
Founder directors
The late Mr. R. R. Merchant and Mr. M. M. Bharucha were regarded as stalwarts of the Indian pest management industry, each having dedicated more than 50 years to the pest control profession. They served on the Managing Committee of the Indian Pest Control Association (IPCA) and represented the association before various relevant Indian authorities.
Both were known for supporting the pest control industry by voluntarily providing training and assistance to other pest control companies. In recognition of their lifetime contributions to the Indian pest management industry, they were honoured with the prestigious Inspire Samman Award in 2022.
